house were particularly described and says that the things above specifyed which
were brought to this Informant by the said Edward Flannagan< no role > Charles Burton< no role >
Francis Phenix< no role > and Henry Jones< no role > exactly corresponded with the things described
in the said Hand Bill, says the said Hand Bill was taken out of this Informant's
Pocket yesterday by Mr. Joshua Tinsdale< no role > Upper Marshall of the City of London ,
says he sold ten Ounces and a half of the Gold which was melted as aforesaid at one
time for three Guineas an Ounces to John Heatley< no role > and seven Ounces to the said John
Heatley at another time, and says that he is very sure that the Goods which were
so brought to this Informant by the said Charles Burton< no role > Edward Flannagan< no role > Henry
Jones and Francis Phenix< no role > are the same Goods that were stolen out of Sir Robert
Ladbroke's house
