The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Tottenham
in the County of Middlesex
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of two of HIs Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the City of London
and Liberties therefore being of the Quorum
bearing Date the twentieth Day of February 1771 Two Children
to wit

Elizabeth Tickle< no role >
aged one
your and upwards Children of
John Tickle< no role >
deceased by
Elizabeth< no role >
his
Wife
who hath deserted them were removed and conveyed by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint
Botolph Bishopsgate
London from and out of their said parish and
unto the said Parish of Tottenham
and delivered unto your Petitioners
(the said Justices adjudging the last legal Settlement of the said two
Children to be in the said Parish of Tottenham
)

by the Judgment of the said two Justices humbly
appeal to his Honourable Court against the said
Order or pass Warrant and pray Relief in the
