Session of the Peace now assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the [..] of
the Parish of Saint Maryle Bew London

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City of London (our being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 11th. day of
January Instant Jane Harding< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from and out of the Priest of Saint
Giles without Cripplegate London into the said
Parish of Saint Mary le Bone London as the
place of his last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore conceive
themselves agrieved by the said Order or
Pass Warrant And humbly appeal against
the same And pray that this Honourable
Court will be pleased to adjourn the
Hearing and Determining of the said
Appeal until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
City and to make such Order in the Bruises
as shall seem meet.
