King hold at Guild hall in and for the City of London and Liberties

Ireland King defender of the Faith Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate London
have notice of this Appeal and that they and all Persons Concerned
do attend this Court on

in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said Appeal.
