County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by a Pass Warrant or order of Removal bearing date
the Ninth Day of May one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy One
under the Hands and Seals of

in and for the City of
London
(one being of the Quorum)

was
Removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopgate
London to the
said Parish of Saint John of Wapping
as the place of her last Legal
Settlement.
That your Petitioners apprehending themselves
Aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal do humbly
Appeal against the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray your Worships will be pleased to Order the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said, Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
London, and all other person's concerned to attend this Court some
Day the next Session, to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of the Court touching the said Appeal And that your
Petitioners may have such Relief therein as to Justice and Law
doth Appertain.
