of the Parish of Saint Sepulchres London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Ann
London, That Elizabeth Sumner< no role > Wife of Isaac
Sumner
< no role > who is a Patient in Saint Bartholomew
Hospital and their two Children to wit Margaret< no role >
aged Twenty Months and Mary< no role > aged Seven Months did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said William Sumner< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Isaac Sumner< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his Wife
and their said two Children.
to be in the said Parish of Saint Sepulchres and that thitherto
the said Elizabeth Sumner< no role > and her said two Children
and that thithertoought by Law to be Sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Ann
London, forthwith to remove and Convey the said Elizabeth
Sumner and her said two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Sepulchres
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 24th Day of Novr. One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy
