Merchant maketh Oath and Saith that he hath
endeavoured all in his Power to Subpona
Jacob Isaacs< no role > a very material Witness
against the said Henry Lyon< no role > to appear at
this present Session of Gaol delivery to give
Evidence against him but this Deponent
hath not been able to fine him or cause
him to be subpana'd And this Deponent
upon his said Oath further saith that he is
informed and verily believes that the said
Henry Lyon< no role > cannot be convicted without
this Deponent the prosecutor of the said
Henry Lyon< no role > hath the benefit of the Testimony
of the said Jacob Isaac
