At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the
King holden for the City of London at the Guildhall with in
the said City in Monday the third day of April in the ninth
Year of the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the third King
of Great Britain & Before Samuel Turner< no role > Esquire Mayor
of the City of London Sir Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knight one of
the Aldermen of the said City James Eyre< no role > Esquire Recorder
of the said City Barlow Trecothick< no role > Esquire Sir James Esdaile< no role >
Knight other of the Aldermen of the said City and others their
Fellows Justices of our said Sad the King Assigned to keep
the peace of our said Lord the Knight with in the said City and
also to be hear and determine dives felonies Trespasses and
other misdeeds committed within the said City.

Whereas by and Order or pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of
Samuel Turner< no role > Esquire and William last< no role > Esquire two of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) bearing date the Eleventh day of February last
Samuel Butter< no role > Bethiah < no role > his wife and their three Children Vizt
Charlotte aged< no role > five Years Mary< no role > Aged three Years and Joseph < no role > Aged
four Months were removed from the parish of Saint Stephen Coleman
Street London to the parish of Saint Olave in Hart Street London
the place of their last legal sett Cement Now upon hearing the
petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of Saint Olave in Hart Street (which stands
duty Adjourned into this day) against the Warrant and Judgment
of the said two Justices in the presence and hearing of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Stephen
Coleman Street and having heard what could be Alledged on either
side It is thereupon Ordered that the Warrant and Judgment of
the said two Justices be quashed Vacated and set aside and that the
said Appeal be allowed and the same is hereby Allowed accordingly
And it is further Ordered that the said Samuel Butter< no role > Bethiah his
Wife and their said three Children be forth with sent back and delivered
