said Recognizance became [..] And this Dept.
Further Saith that he hath made frequent and
diligent Esquiries after the said Prosecutive Elizabeth Liddall< no role >
at the House where she the said Prosecutive
lived at the time this Deponent hired her as a
Servant and also since She has quitted this Deponent
Service being the Only place or person where or of
whom he this Deponent knows of to Enquire for
the said Prosecutive Order to Serve her with the
proper Notice for this Deponents Appearance at
this Prevent Session to Take his Tryal on the said
Indictment and was informed by the person that
keeps the said House that she the said Prosecutive
did not then Lodge there but was Employ'd Some
where in Town as a Nurse but that she could not
inform this Deponent where or could she inform
this Deponent when she should see the said Prosecutive
so that this Deponent is not able to take his Tryal on
the said Indictment pursuant to the Condition of his
said Recognizance According to the Practice of this
Count for want of such Notice of Tryal being Sound
whereby this Deponents Recognizance will be Estreated
into his Majestys Court of E [..] unless Respicted by this Court
under the Circumstances of this Deponents Case
