Eight shillings Twenty pounds and Forty one Pounds
and five shillings making in all Sixty three Pounds and
Thirteen shillings are (over and above what is charged
upon their respective Officers residing in this Hospital)
and were for the Year one Thousand seven hundred and
sixty seven and now Continue to be assessed and rated
on the said Governors in respect of the premisses

And it further appears to this Court in Evidence and is
admitted by all parties that several persons who
have gained settlements in the Houses so pulled down
have been and are now relieved by the said Parish
of Saint Bartholomew the less Wherefore this
Court doth allow the said Appeal and doth quash,
the said rate so far us respects the several assessments
above mentioned and the same is hereby Quashed
