General Session of the Peace in and for the said City assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret Westminster, in
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Vagrant Pass, Warrant, or Order of Removal
under Your Lordships Hand and Seal bearing Date the 27th, day of
August 1768. John Green< no role > (therein Mentioned to have been apprehendd
in the Parish of St. Magnus in the said City as a Rogue and Vagabond
Wandring Abroad, Lodging in the Open Air, and not giving a Good
Account of himself) was Removed from the said Parish of Saint
Magnus in the said City to the said Parish of St. Margaret Wastmr .
in the County of Middlesex as the Place of his last legal Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved, and Appeal
to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
Pray Your Lordship and this Worshipfull Court
this the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
Lane unto them, and that the hearing and
determining
