Alexander had not taken the said Notes with any
felonious Intent this Deponent applyece to the right Honble
the Lord Mayor to acquaint him therewith and to know
whether he could make and end of the charge and withdraw
her recognizance and being informed that he might by
Applying to Mr. Ford the late Clerk of the peace for London
which this Deponent accordingly did and was assured by
him he should take care of them And this Deponent saith
that after the then next Sessions he again applyed to the
said Mr Ford to know if he had discharged the said
recognizance when he assured this Deponent he had not with [..] ding
which this Deponent saith he is informed they are not yet
discharge And this Deponent saith that it was the
Omission only of the said Mr Ford in not discharging
the said recognizance the shen next Sessions-
