carried up and down Stairs when ever she leases her
Bed Chamber and this Deponent further Saith
that the said Defendant is now confined to her Bed
and according to her Judgment the said Defendant

at the present Sessions to take her Trial without
being in the utmost Danger of Loving her Life.
