Severally make oath and say and first this
Deponent John Baron< no role >
Saith that he hath attended the
above named Defendant as Apothecary
for many Years
and that she hath for four Months last past been
greatly afflicted and much indisposed by an Ague
and fever together with the Gout and that he hath
Daily attended her and prepared her medicines by the
Direction of Doctor Heberden and Doctor Adie and
that she hath not to his Knowledge or Belief for
Six Weeks last past been Six Times out of Bed and
now is for the most part Confined to her Bed by such
Illness And this Deponent further Saith that he this
Morning attended the said Defendant who was then in
Bed and According to his Judgment the said Defendant
on Account of such Disorder now is totally unable [..]
to leave her Room and appear at the Present Sessions
to take her Trial without being in the Utmost Dange

hath been Servant to the said Defendant for many
Years and that the said Defendant bath been sick
for Several Months last past of the Gout and
Complication of Disorders and that the Defendant is
not able to get out of Bed without help and is carried
