was very willing so to do but his Master
Ordered him to go with some Goods to a
place upon the River Thames near Deptford
to Ship some Goods, on the Ship Triton Yesterday which he this
Deponent was obliged to Do the Ship being
a going to Said which detained him untill
twelve o Clock this day and thereby was
prevented from attending the Trail of the
said Collins and that he did not stay
away in order to get the Prisoner acquitted
