The Humble Petition of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of two of
his Majestys Justices of the peace of the City of London and Liberties thereof
bearing date the Eleventh day of December One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Sixty five Mary Curtis< no role > This name instance is in set 905. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . Singlewoman was removed from the parish of Saint
Stephen Coleman Street London to the parish of Christ Church in the County of
Middlesex as the place of her last legal Settlement together with her two Bastard
Children for Nurture whereby the Petitioners Conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved and Against the said Order do appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that the Matter of the said Appeal
may be heard and that they may have
such Relief therein as to Your Worships
shall Seem meet
