the Rest of the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the City of London in their Genl.
Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled at the
Guildhall London

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St Saviours
Southwark in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands and Seals
of Sir Willm. Stephenson< no role > Knight Lord Mayor and Francis Cokayne< no role >
Esquire Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of
London (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
fourth day of May last William Williams< no role > Isabella < no role > his Wife
and their two Children William< no role > Aged Two years and Benjamin< no role >
Aged One Year were Removed and Coneyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Helen near Bishopsgate London to the said
Parish of Saint Saviours Southwark as the Place of their
Last Legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners Conceived themselves Aggrived
by the said Order

Your Petitioners therefore pray that the said
Appeal may be heard and determined as this present
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace and that
your Petitioners may be relieved against the
said Order

And Your Petitioners will ever pray Etc
