WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Olave
London, That Henrietta Wallbey< no role > Wife of Benjamin
Wallbey< no role > who is a Patient in Saint Thomas's
Hospital is
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Henrietta Wallbey< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Banjamin Wallbey< no role > and
Henrietta his< no role > Wife
to be in the said Parish of Saint George and that
thither to the said Henrietta Wallboy< no role >
and that thithertoought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Olave
London, forthwith to Remove and convey the said Henrietta
Wallbey
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
Saint George
And her deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro
vide for her according to Law Given under our Hands
and Seals this 19th. Day of December One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty four
