To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
City of London and the Liberties thereof in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace at Guildhall in the said City Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill
Hatton Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the County of middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr Sr: Robert
Kite
< no role > Knight two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace (one of whom
is of the Quorum) for the said City of London bearing date the
Twenty ninth day of March One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty five
Abel Trott Trot< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph
Bishopgate London to the said Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden
and Ely Rents as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the saw
Abel Trot< no role > whereby Your Petitioners think themselves
Agrieved

Therefore they Humbly Appeal to this
Honble Court and Pray that the said Court
will be pleased to Order that the Church-
Warden and Oversees of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Botoph Bishopgate
and all persons concerned do Attend this
Court some day in the next Sessions of the
Peace for the said City to hear and Abide the
Judgement and Determine of the said Court
touching she said Appeal And that the Benefit of
hearing the said Appeal at that Sessins may be
saved to your petitioners

And Yr. Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
