Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Liberty of Saffron hill the Parish of Saint Andrew in Holborn
in the County of Middlesex
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
London. That Abel Trot< no role > is

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Abel Trot< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Abel Trot< no role >

to be in the said Parish of Liberty of Saffron hill

and that thitherto he ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's name to Will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said
Abel Trot< no role >
from and out of your said Parish, unto the saidParish of
Liberty of Saffron hill
And him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for him according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 29th Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty five
