I gave Your Notice on the 28th: day of May last that
I intended to pull down the Messuage or Tenement lately converted
into a Coach house & Stable situated on the East side of Fetter
Lane in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn London situated on the
Northside of & adjoining to a Messuage belonging to You as the
Owner thereof & in the Occupation of Alexander Macrea< no role > & to
erect a new Dwelling House on these its of the said Coach House
& Stable And likewise that I intended to pull down the Partition
and Walls between the said Messuages and to erectd Party Wall
according to the Act of Parliament made for that a Purpose
Now I do hereby Give You Notice that I appoint Mr.
Richard Norris< no role > Bricklayer & Mr: John Scott< no role > Carpenter two
Surveyors on my Part to meet any two Surveyors that You
shall appoint to survey the said Partitions and Walls on
Tuesday the 12th: day of June instant at 9 o Clock in the
Forenoon And if the Number of Surveyors and Time before mentioned are not
agreable to You Please to name the Number of Workmen You
shall chase to survey the sd: Premisses on Your Part and a
time for their meeting within the Time limited by the Act of
Parliament that I may nominate a like Number to meet
Yours at the Time to be appointed And if You refuse or
neglect to name such Workmen within three Weeks to be
computed from the said 28th: day of May last I shall Name
four or more Workmen to view the said Partitions and Walls
intended to be pulled down as aforesaid And I hereby Give
You Notice that the Surveyors son my Part will be ready to
meet the Surveyors You shall name to survey the said
Premisses at any Time You shall appoint on two Days
