Who being upon Oath says that about a Fortnight aged
he bought a piece of Gold like unto a piece of Gold now produced appearing to he of the
Coin of King James the first of a Person now present who
calls herself Mary Elgar< no role > and gave her Nine Shillings for
the same says he [..] did not know the said Mary Elgars Name
at the time she sold him the said piece of Gold says he
bought of said Mary Elgar the Bowl of a Silver Tea
Spoon for one Shilling John Ferry< no role >
