Who being upon Oath says that about a Week agoe a Person
who called himself William Cunningham< no role > presented to this
Informant a Bill of Exchange now produced purporting to be
the Bill of Lord Adam Gordon< no role > drawn upon Charles
Ogilvie< no role > for Thirty Eight pounds ten Shillings, desiring this Informt.
to discount said Bill, says that a Person now present who
calls himself Michael Sampson< no role > is the Identical Person
who presented the Bill above described to this Informt.
as a True Bill which this Informant verily believes [..]
Published to him knowing it to be false forged and
Counterfeited with Intent to Cheat and Defraud this
Informant,andthat he recd the said Sum of Money from
this Informant
