Matters Should the Defendants be Tryed at this Present Session
he fears he will be Defeated As in Case is the Principal should be
acquitted he Cannot proceed against the Accessary as the otherwise
night do And this Deponent further Saith that he has great
Reason to believes the said Goods are still Concealed in or about
London from the Infinite pains which have been taken by
Advertizements Hand Bills and other Methods in Order to
prevent the Disposall thereof by the Accessary And that by
the Postponing the Tryal untill the next Session he may be
able to recover the whole of such Goods or part thereof

the Old Baily on 16 Janry.
