Sir.
Being employed as Agent for the Appellants Hodged the
Appeal at the General Sess held at the Guildhall for the City of London
on the 14th of Sept last but could not try it then your Notice (which
was served before I was employed) being for the Gen Quar Sess.
therefore I obtained an Order of Respit to the Gen Quar Sess wch.
will be held next MondayI think it cannot be worth while to
send Evidence so far the I doubt we may have Occasion for them
but if I find that to be the Case I will get a further Respit
I have endeavoured to find Black but to no PurposeEvery thing
for the Benefit of the Appell that Possibly can shall be done, I
shall ever Mr. Theres by tomorrow and will write further by the
next post.
