last legal Settlement by which Order your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved
Your Petrs. therefore humbly appeal to this Honble
Court And Pray that the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint James at
Garlickhith London and all Parties concerned may
attend the said Court some day in this present Session
to hear and abide the Judgment Determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal And that your Petrs.
may have such Relief in the Premisses as to the said Court
shall seem meet.
