Take notice that the Court of Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery
at the Old Bailey will be Moved on Monday next being the 19th.
day of this instant September that Bail may be put in upon a
Commitment Signed by three of the Honoble the Commissioners
of his Majesties Navy and Granted against me on Suspicion
of being concerned in Forging or Procuring to be Forged divers
wills of deceased Seamen in his Majesties Service and Procuring
Persons falsely to Personate the Widows and Relations of such
Seamen The Names of the Bail are as follow (to witt)
Roger Mc.Mahon< no role > of Rossmary Lane in the Parish of
Saint Mary Matfellon otherwise White Chapple in the County
of Middlesex Taylor and Saleman

And

Charles Habberton< no role > of Queen Street near Tower Hill
in the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate without in the
County aforesaid Victualler
