The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath Present that Darby Quilt< no role > late of London Labourer being a Person of a wicked
Kind and Disposition and well knowing that one John Campbell< no role > had lately served said Lord the King as a Seaman on board the
Ship of our said Lord the King called the Dragon and that certain Money was due and Payable to the said John Campbell< no role > for the
Service of the said John Campbell< no role > on board the said Ship on the Seventh day of July in the third Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc. with Force and Arms at London that is to say at the Parish of Allhallows
Staining in the Ward of Aldgate in London aforesaid feloniously willingly and knowingly did personate and
falsly assume the Name and Character of the said John Campbell< no role > the Seaman aforesaid the said John Campbell< no role > then being entitled to
certain Prize Money for such his Service as a Seaman on board the said Ship called the Dragon (In order to receive the said Prize
Money then due and Payable for and on Account of the said Service of the said John Campbell< no role > as a Seaman on board the said Ship against the Form of the Statute in such
Case made and provided and against the Peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity
