The Humble Petition of Francis Parsons< no role >

Sheweth

That your Petitioner on the Tenth day of June last past was by a
warrant under the hand and Seal of John Goodchild< no role > Esqr . Comitted to his
Majestys Gaol of Newgate being Charged upon the Oath of William
Cockburn< no role > and Richard Fuller< no role > together with one John Bricklow< no role > for feloniously
and privately taking from the person of the said William Cockburn< no role > one
Back note of the value of Twenty pounds and other Things the property of the said
William Cockburn< no role >

Therefore your Petitioner humbly prays that he may be
Tried at this present sessions for the offence with
which he stands Charged us aforesaid or in default
thereof he may be bailed or discharged for the
same and your Petitioner as in duty bound shall
ever pray etc.
