Back note of the value of Twenty pounds and other Things the property of the said

Therefore your Petitioner humbly prays that he may be
Tried at this present sessions for the offence with
which he stands Charged us aforesaid or in default
thereof he may be bailed or discharged for the
same and your Petitioner as in duty bound shall
ever pray etc.
