The Humble Petition of Francis Parsons< no role >

Sheweth

That your Petitioner on the Tenth day of June last past was
by a warrant under the hand and Seal of Sr. John Fielding< no role > Knt.
Comitted to his Majesties Gaol of Newgate being Charged on the Oath
of Richard Hulier< no role > and others for feloniously stealing and Carrying
away one Bank note of the value of Fifty pounds one Ditto of the
value of Twenty five pounds one Ditto of the value of Ten pounds
and one tod Morotto Pocket Book and other things the property of
Joseph Sheppard< no role >

Therefore your Petitioner humbly prays
that he may be Tried at this present Sessions
for the offence with which he stands Charged
as aforesaid or in default thereof he may be
Bailed or Discharged for the same and your
Petitioner as in Duty bound shall ever pray Etc
