Informt. verily believes has for some time past had
no visible way of obtaining a livelihood, says that at
different times within there twelve Months he has
given to & procured for his said Brother different
Sums of Money greatly to the distress of himself
says that his said Brother John Kello< no role >
hinted to
him several times the getting of Money by Forgery
from Mr. Partridge & to take the opportunity when
he was out of Town says that last Saturday was
senight in the Afternoon about two o'Clock he met
his said Brother Jno. Kello< no role >
near Guildhall
by appointment at which Time he told his sd. Brother
Jno. Kello< no role >
that Mr. Partridge was gone out of Town
says that they then agreed to put their Plan of
Forgery upon Mr. Partridge into Execution, says
that for this purpose they had about a Week before
prepared two Forged Drafts now produced Vizt. a
Draft Signed Wm. Partridge< no role >
