agoe a Person now present who calls himself
Richard Vigers< no role > coming as he then Told this
Informant from Verginia brought him a Lre
from Mr. Fras. Miller< no role > Mercht . in Verginia & this
Informant's Agent, says that the said Letter
contained matter of Business from said Miller
to this Informt. and that in said Letter said
Miller Reccomended Mr. Richd. Vigers< no role > to this Informt
as a Worthy Man intending to Trade to that Country
says that the said Vigers some time in the beginning of
[..] Janry lastsaid Vigersapplied to this Informt.
to get him £300 upon a Saint [..] of sd. Vigers [..]
Austin Ozell Richardson< no role > , says he got the said Money
for said [..] Vigers of one Mr. [..] Abm. Barnes< no role >
says that some time in the Somer said Vigers published a
True to this Informt. a Bond now produce purporting
to be the Bond of James Barrow< no role > of Saighton in
the County Palatine of Chester Gentleman payable to said Richard
Vigers for £757 and dated the 10th. of March 1762
and left it in ye. possession of this Informt. as a Security
for Moneys that had been advanced by this Informt
to said Vigers & for Goods he was to Ship for his Use
says that about Sepr. last he shiped for said
Vigers Goods to the value of £2700 by the desire of
said Vigers-says he shou'd not have Striped they said food
had he not had the possession of said Bond for £2757 and
Believed it to be good one, says the said Vigers Told
this Informt. that the sd. Bond was given him
as a Security for Money on the Sale of a
