This Dept. on or about the twenty seventh day of October last past
Summoned him before Sir
Matthew Blaikiston< no role >
in Order to be Examined
touching she discovery of the Estate and Effects which he was possessed
of or intitled unto at the time of his Discharge And saith that the said
Salomon Jacobs making no discovery thereof the said Sir Matthew
Blaikiston Committed him to prison but afterwards set him at
large upon Bail and bound this Dept. over in recognizance to
prosecute him fir not making a full discovery of his Estate and
Effects in his Schedule And this Depont. further Saith that he is
advised by his Counsel to move this Honble. Court to withdraw and
discharge his Recognizance there not being Sufficient facts in
Law to Convict the Said Salomon Jacobs< no role >
