upon an Indictment For Perjury

George Donovan< no role > of Ely Court Holborn Gentleman
maketh Oath that he this Deponent did on Saturday the
Seventeenth day of October Instant Serve the above named
Prosecutor Hugh James< no role > with a Notice in writing
Purporting that the above named Defendant John Ouram< no role >
would by virtue of His Majest's Writ of Habeas Corpus
appear at the present session of Oyer and Terminer to be
holden at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey within thew Suburbs
of the City of London on Wednesday the Twenty first day
of this Instant October and then and there (or so soon
after as He could be Admitted) Take his Tryal upon
the said Indictment Preferred by the above named
Prosecutor against him in the above Cause by Delivering
to the said Hugh James< no role > in Person at his House in Fleet
Street London a Copy of the said Notice

Sworn at Justicehall in the Old
Bailey the 26th. Day of October 1761 }
