being Bound over by Sr Robert Lad broke< no role > Knight to Prosecute
William Thompson< no role > for the said Felony, and for that Purpose
this Deponentattendedattended Two days Together in January
Sessions last But the Grand Jury [..] Returne the
Bill of Indictment agt the Prisoner Ignorance for the said Felony
by which Means the Prisoner who discharge and this Deponent
being Date Unacquainted with Affairs of this Sort was the only
Reason of his Neglecting the With drawing of his Recognizance
