Deponent was present and did see Charles Moore< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause sign
and Seal and as his act and deed Deliver the release hereunto annext and that the
name Charles Moore< no role > thereunto Subscribed is the Proper hand writing of him the said
Charles Moore< no role > And this Deponent Saith that he this Deponent together with John
Savile are Subscribing Witnesses to the due execucon of the said release and saith
that the name of this Deponent and of the said John Savile< no role > thereunto Subscribed
