To the Right Worshipful His Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the City of London in their General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint James Clerkenwell in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of the Right Honourable Sir
Richard Glynn< no role > and William Alexander< no role > Esqr . Two of
His Majesties Justics of the Peace for the City of
London (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
saith day of this instant October Sarah Tock< no role > aged
Forty four Years was removed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mildred in Bread street London
to the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the
County of Middlesex as the place of her last
legal Settlement.

The Petitioners think themselves
Aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant
or Order and therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the
same and Pray Your Worships
to relieve them in the Premisses

And the Petitioners as in duty bound will pray Etc.
