The Humble Petition and appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That Elizabeth Burges< no role > Singlewoman was by
an Order or Pass Warrant Date the 13th. day of Septr. last
under the Hands and Seals of the Rt. Honoble Sr . Richard
Glyn< no role > Bart . Lord Mayor of the City of London & William
Bridgen< no role > Esqr . Alderman of the sd. City two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberties
thereof, one being of the Quorum, Removed and
Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn in the said County of Middlesex as the Place of
her last legal Settlement

Therefore your Petitioners & Appellants
conceive themselves Aggrieved thereby humbly
Appeal to the Judgment of this Honoble Court
against the same & Pray that the Court will be
pleased to hear & determine the said appeal
and that all Persons concerned may abide the
Judgemt. & determination there of And that
your Petrs. May be relieved as this Honoble Court
shall seem meet
