and within these five Years last past hath paid Debts to the Amount of Three
hundred Pounds or upwards & that he is now upwards of one hundred Pounds
in Debt occasioned by the Prosecutrix & hath not wherewith to pay the same
And this Dept further Saith that before the Prosecutrix left this Dept. she had sold and
made away with most of this Depts. Household Goods Furniture & Wearing Apparell
& that for some considerable time before she left him this Dept. was obliged to keep
his Cloaths & linnen elsewhere in Order to prevent the same being made away
with And this Dept. further Saith that his business Surprizeingly deneases & that the
hath not for these twelve Months last past Received for business done after the
Rate of Ten Shillings by the Week as this Dept. verily beleives & that he is
frequently Sumoned to the Court of Request for Debts she hath or Pretends to
have contracted Since she left this Dept. as afsd.
