Take Notice that the abovenamed Deft: Hugh Cockhill will
appear at the next Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be holden for the City of London
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey on Wednesday the seventeenth day of January
instant and then & there plead nor Guilty to the Indictment of Perjury
there depending against him and that he will at the same Sessions take
his tryal upon the said Indictment and that he will on the said Wednesday
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon or so soon after as Council can be heard
move the said Court to appoint a time for the tryal thereof dated the 3d day of
January 1759 .
