Who being severally on Oath say and first the
said Caldicatt for himself says that on thursday Evening
last there was Stolen out of this Informts. Master John
Eldred< no role >
's Shop Eighteen pair of Worsted Stocking And this
Informt: saith that five pair of Stocking now produced
arefivepart of the Stockings so Stolen and are
the property of his sd: Master And the saidGeorgeJohn
Turnis for himself saith that he & William Haynes< no role >

went on thursday Even last into Goswell Street
and
this Informt: Stole out of the Shop of the said John Eldred< no role >
Eighteen pair of Stockings and delivered them to the
said Hoble Haynes and they went to this Informts:
Mothers House and Shared the sd: Stockings Six pair to
the sd: Haynes, Six pair to Heath, and Six pair this
Informt: had, And this Informant put on one pair of
the said Stocking and about seven o'Clock of the same
Evening this Informt: went to the Shop of Martha Goff< no role >
in Field Lane
and Sold five pair of the sd & Stockings to
the said Martha Goff< no role >
for five Shillings and this
Informt: saith that the said Martha did not question
this Informt: how he came by the said Stockings
And this Informt saith that he verily beleives that
the sd: Martha well knew the Stockings to be Stolen
