have Remised Released and for ever quitt claimed and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt claime unto

and unto Martha Stevenson< no role > of the same Parish Spinster and unto
their, each & every of their Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Peter Stevenson< no role >
and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and Martha Stevenson< no role >
or any either of them, we the sd. Thomas Draper< no role > and Martha
Draper, or either of us ever had and which We, or either of our Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
Whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof We have hereunto sett our Hands and Seals
