Sheweth

That your Petitioner on the Eleventh Day of August
last was committed to the said Gaol of Newgate by Thomas
Beach< no role > Esquire Coroner of and for the said City of London
for the Willfull Murder of Sarah Wheeler< no role > by Poisoning
her.

Your Petitioner therefore most
humbly prays that at this Session
of Gaol Delivery of Newgate holden
for the said City of London he may be
either Tryed Bailed or discharged for
the Crime aforesaid Pursuant to the
Statute in that Case made and Provided

And your Petr. shall ever Pray Etc
