maketh oath & Saith that he this Deponent from many
circumstances hath great reason to believe that the abovenamed
John Domini otherwise Daphne who Stands Charged with
selling Shillings Gilt with Scepters raised to Resemble
Guineas is a person that manufactures Shillings the [..]
manner aforesd and this Deponent further Saith that
hath made diligent enquiry after a person who this
Deponent verily believes could be a material Evidence
on behalf of the Crown against the sd John Domini
otherwise Daphne but this Deponent hath not yet
been able to find him out and this Deponent further
Saith that he will use his utmost further endeavours
to find out the said person & is in hopes to meet with [..]
