and Charles Peck< no role > went home to his Uncles to Dinner and never went along
with me William Plant< no role > now ware but John Clark< no role > and Charles Peck< no role > Shoed me
a Pocket Case full of French Letters and they told me that it was advertised
half a Guine reward for they Sed they Picked a Gentlemans Pockit of it and a Silk
hankerchief and the Gentleman was in Licqer and Clark went and held him up
by the Arme as he told me but I Dont know now either ways for I want
with them So Clark & I William Plant< no role > Went a picking of pockits together at
the Change till Wensday and then Clark and I William Plant< no role > met barker and
we Asked him for to give us Sumthing to Drink So he gave us part of a
Pint of Purl So then we left John Barker< no role > and Clark and I went to London Bridge
a picking of Pockits and at Night in St. Pauls Church Yard we got apare of
Leather Clogs that wasteed and we Sent a Yong man a Plasterr to Paun them
and he Pauned them for nine pence in Chick lane at a Chandler Shop So then
Clark and the Plasterrer and I William Plant< no role > went A Picking of pockits in
Cheap Side and we got a few but I Dont know how Many & a Steal To back aboe [..]
and then Clark and I William Plant< no role > went home to Bed at his Matters and get
up int he Morning and Went to the Change a picking of Pockits and there
met John Barker< no role > and he Went along With us So went to one Mr. Cox in
[..] ill several to Sell the Hankerchiefs and he gave us fifteen pence for
for them so then Barker and Clark and I William Plant< no role > went together a
picking of Pockits and a Thursday abld among as Came to Fore Shillings
to Mr Cox and Stayd all day till night and then went upon the Same Life
and as we was a Selling them in Chick Lane my Mother Came and
catched us a Selling them for two Shilling that was a Friday night and
Carred me to Bridewell and Barker to Woodstreet Compter and John
Clark
< no role > runaway out of the Backdore ware we was a Selling the hancerchiefs
and went to Mr Cox in Goswell Street and found him a Saterday
