in the parish of Alhallows
Lombard Street in the said City, and brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City. Taken this
Day of December 175 2

Who on her Oath saith, that she is the Widow of Thomas
Smith< no role > who departed this Life about Nine Weeks
so left her quite Destitute of any Subsistance and
that her said Husband about fifteen Years ago
being than a Single man was a Yearly Hired Servant
to Esquire Harvey in the parish of Clifton in the
County of Dorset at twenty pounds a Year with
whom he lived above Twelve Months as his Game
Keeper
And hath not since obtained any subsequent Settlement to this
Examinant's Knowledge and Belief.
