To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the City of London at their
General Quarter Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Stephen Wallbrook in the City of London .

Sheweth:


That by Virtue of a Pass Order under the Hands &
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of Peace for the said City
whereof one is of the Quorum bearing Date the 20th day of December
In the Year of Our Lord 1751. Rachael Ellis< no role > widow was removed
from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the said
City of London to the said Parish of St. Stephen Wallbrook at the
last legal Place of her Settlement by which Your Petrs.
conceive themselves Aggreived & Appeal to this Court
agt. the said Pass Order.

Your Petitioners therefore
Pray that Your Worships will be Pleased
to hear & Determine the Matters touching
this Appeal & give them Such Releif in
the Premes as to Your Worships shall
Seem meet.

And your Petrs. will Ever Pray Etc
