The Humble Petition & Prayer of Samuel Wilson< no role >

Sheweth

That your petitioner on the Sixth day of March
last past was Committed to the Custody of the Keeper of Newgate by the
aforesaid Mayor of the City of London being Charged by the Oath of
James Lundin< no role > for being Concerned in the Teloniously Destroying the
the Ship Elizabeth and Martha of which Ship your said Petitioner
was (said to be) an Owner against the Statute in such Case made and Provided

Your Petitioner therefor most Humbly Prays that at
this present Session of General Gaol Delivery holden
for the City of London aforesaid your said petitioner
may be Tired Bailed or Discharged for the aforesaid
Offence, according to the form of the Statute in such
case made and Provided
