The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removed under the Hands and Seals of
the Right Honble Francis Cockayne< no role > Esqr . Lord Mayor of the said City of
London and Sr Robert Ladbroke< no role > Knight two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said City and Liberties thereof (One being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Fifteenth day of June last past Elizabeth Wetherington< no role >
Wife of Edward Wetherington< no role > who is gone from her and their two Children
William< no role > aged Eighteen Months and John< no role > aged three Weeks were removal
from the Parish of Alhallows the Great London to the Parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields aforesaid as the Place of their last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved and against the
said Order do Appeal
