Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Ann Blackfryers London

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of the Right Honble John Blackford< no role >
Esqr : Lord Mayor and Edward Ironside< no role > Esqr : and Alderman
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of
London & the Libertys thereof (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Eighteenth day of July last Mary Noulton< no role >
the Wife of thomas Noulton< no role > who had run away from
her was removed from the Parish of Christchurch on the
said City of London to the said Parish of Saint Ann
Blackfryers London as the Place of the last Legal
Settlement of her said Husband

That your Petitioners humbly thinking
themselves Aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices Appeal to your
Lordship and Worships against the
said order And Pray you will determine
the same and make such Order therein
as to your Lordship and Worship shall
Seem meet.
